The Government has Decided to Conduct The Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test – TS ICET 2015 Exam in the Current year to admission more Number of Candidates to Apply for Telangana ICET2015 The State Government has announced the ICETTelangana 2015 Latest Schedule now.

The TS ICET 2015 will be held as per following schedule


1. Online registration starts from: 05.03.2015

2. Submission of registration fee through e-challan starts from: 09-04-2015

3. Last date of online registration: 09-04-2015

4. Last date for Submission & Registration of Online Application with late fee of Rs.500/- and Rs.250 Registration Fee: 16.04.2015

5. For Corrections: 17.04.2015 to 25.04.2015

6. Start of Downloading Hall Tickets: 30.04.2015

7. Date and Time of TS ICET-2015 Examination: 22-05-2015 (10.00AM to 12.30PM)

8. Announcement of Preliminary Key: 25.05.2015

9. Last Date for Submission of Objections on Preliminary Key: 02.06.2015

10. Announcement of Final Key and Test Entrance Results: 09.06.2015

TS ICET 2015 Eligibility Criteria


The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended up to date (as per G.O. Ms. No. 25, dt: 19.03.2004 & G.O.Ms.No.108, Higher Education Department, dated 30-7-2005 and its amendments).

The candidates other than Indian Nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned.

The candidates seeking admission -

i) For MBA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree Examination of minimum three years duration.

ii) For MCA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level.

As per the latest AICTE Approval Process Handbook 2015-16, eligibility criteria for admission into MBA and MCA courses is revised stiuplating 50% (45% for reserved categories) of marks at the qualifying examination. Candidates shall fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down in relevent GOs at the time of admissions.

The qualifying Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.

The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for TS ICET-2015.

Admission into any college depends on its Recognition/Affiliation by the Statutory Bodies.

Qualifying marks in TS ICET-2015 is 25% and no minimum marks are prescribed for SC/ST candidates.

TS ICET2015 Application Form


TS ICET-2015 Applications should be submitted through ONLINE mode only. The Registration fee for online submission and late fee, if applicable, may be paid at TS/AP Online Centers/Citizen Service Centers, e - Seva Centers in T.S. & A.P. and also through payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card). ONLINE APPLICATION FEE : Rs. 250/-.

1. Visit any of the TS Online / AP Online / mee Seva (e-Seva) centers with the following mandatory details:

✓ Hall Ticket number of the Qualifying Examination

✓ Name of the Candidate

✓ Candidate's Father Name

✓ Date of Birth of the Candidate

✓ Hall Ticket number of S.S.C(10th Class)

✓ Mobile number

2. Pay the requisite fee and Obtain a receipt for Registration fee paid and ensure that it contains a Transaction Id.

3. Logon to www.TS ICET.org using the "Transaction Id" given above. OR

1. If you choose to make payment using Debit / Credit card mode, go through the Instruction booklet / User Guide carefully and be ready with ALL the required mandatory details given below .

2. After entering the details above, Click on the " Make Payment " Button and proceed to fill the online application form.

3. During the payment process don't click the Back/Refresh buttons or don't close the browser page abruptly.

4. After successful payment through Debit/Credit Card, a "Transaction Id" is generated and displayed on the screen. Then proceed to fill the online application by clicking the button "Proceed to fill Online Application Form".

STEP#04: Fill and edit Telangana ICET2015 online application form.

STEP#05: Upload photograph and signature.

STEP#06: Review and verify your application.

STEP#07: Print bank challan

STEP#08: Deposit fee in SBI bank

STEP#09: Update challan information on official website

STEP#10: Print confirmation page

STEP#11:  Submit it to District Education Officer.

TS ICET2015 Counseling/Selection Procedure


Candidates selection is based on the performance in the Telangana ICET through ICET counseling.

TS ICET2015 Hall Ticket

Candidates will be able to download their Hall Ticket from 30.04.2015. Candidates are requested to visit the same website to download their Admit Card For Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) Exam 2015.

Procedure to download TS ICET 2015 Hall Ticket Online

1:- Log on to the official website i.e. http://tsicet.org/.

2:- Follow the link of “Examination” and click on 'Hall Ticket'.

3:- Enter Registration Number in the space provided.

4:- Hall Ticket/Admit Card will be show on your screen.

5:- Print-copy or Download in your computer.

TS ICET2015 Syllabus

The test is designed to measure the candidate's ability to think systematically, to use the verbal and mathematical skills and to assess his/her aptitude for admission into MBA/MCA programme. The Test emphasizes accuracy. Therefore, the candidate is required to go through the instructions carefully. This is an objective type test and the questions are of multiple choice. Out of the given options, the candidate has to choose the correct answer. If the Candidate gives more than one answer to any question, such answers will be ignored while awarding marks.

Section-A: Analytical Ability: 75Q (75 Marks)

1. Data Sufficiency: 20Q (20 Marks)

A question is given followed by data in the form of two statements labeled as i and ii. If the data given in i alone is sufficient to answer the question then choice (1) is the correct answer. If the data given in ii alone is sufficient to answer the question then choice (2) is the correct answer. If both i and ii put together are sufficient to answer the question but neither statement alone is sufficient, then choice (3) is the correct answer. If both i and ii put together are not sufficient to answer the question and additional data is needed, then choice (4) is the correct answer.
2. Problem Solving 55Q (55 Marks)
a) Sequences and Series 25Q (25 Marks)
Analogies of numbers and alphabet, completion of blank spaces following the pattern in a:b::c:d relationship; odd thing out: missing number in a sequence or a series.
b) Data Analysis 10Q (10 Marks)
The data given in a Table, Graph, Bar diagram, Pie Chart, Venn Diagram or a Passage is to be analyzed and the questions pertaining to the data are to be answered.
c) Coding and Decoding Problems 10Q (10 Marks)
A code pattern of English Alphabet is given. A given word or a group of letters are to be coded or decoded based on the given code or codes.
d)Date, Time & Arrangement Problems 10Q (10 Marks)
Calendar problems, clock problems, blood relationships, arrivals, departures and schedules, seating arrangements, symbol and notation interpretation.
Section -B: Mathematical Ability 75Q (75 Marks)
I. Arithmetical Ability 35Q (35 Marks)
Laws of indices, ratio and proportion; surds; numbers and divisibility, l.c.m. and g.c.d; Rational numbers, Ordering.; Percentages; Profit and loss; Partnership, Pipes and cisterns, time, distance and work problems, areas and volumes, mensuration, modular arithmetic.
II.Algebraical and Geometrical Ability 30Q (30 Marks)
Statements, Truth tables, implication converse and inverse, Tautologies-Sets, Relations and functions, applications - Equation of a line in different forms. Trigonometry - Trigonometric ratios, Trigonometric ratios of standard angles, (0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 180°): Trigonometric identities: sample problems on heights and distances, Polynomials; Remainder theorem and consequences; Linear equations and expressions; Progressions, Binomial Theorem, Matrices, Notion of a limit and derivative; Plane geometry - lines, Triangles, Quadrilaterals, Circles, Coordinate geometry-distance between points.
III. Statistical Ability: 10Q (10 Marks)
Frequency distributions, Mean, Median, Mode, Standard Deviations, Correlation, simple problems on Probability.
Section-C: Communication Ability: 50Q (50 Marks)
Objectives of the Test
Candidates will be assessed on the ability to
1.identify vocabulary used in the day-to-day communication.
2.understand the functional use of grammar in day-to-day communication as well as in the business contexts.

3.identify the basic terminology and concepts in computer and business contexts (letters, reports, memoranda, agenda, minutes etc.).

4.understand written text and drawing inferences.
